Haven is an intimate, reservation-based outdoor play and gathering space created for children and the grown-ups raising them. It’s a place for slow mornings, open-ended play, creativity, connection, and a little bit of mess - where children have room to wander and grown-ups have room to exhale.

Visits are offered by reservation only, allowing the space to remain intentionally small, relaxed, and thoughtfully paced for the families joining us.

Haven visits are designed as relaxed, two-hour windows with plenty of room for little wanderers to explore at their own pace. Children can move between open-ended play, creative activities, natural elements, and imaginative spaces while grown-ups settle in, connect, or simply enjoy a slower morning alongside them.

Because each gathering has a set two-hour window, we encourage families to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full Haven experience. Keeping to our scheduled arrival and departure times also gives us time to reset the space between gatherings and keep each visit feeling calm and unhurried.

Haven is an outdoor-only experience located on a private residential property. All guest areas and activities are thoughtfully arranged outdoors, and the residence itself is not part of the guest space.

You may also catch glimpses of our resident chickens and goats during your visit. They’re part of the charm of Haven’s outdoor setting and can be enjoyed from a comfortable distance.

Reservations are coming soon. We’re currently putting the finishing touches on Haven and preparing for our first gatherings.

When dates become available, they will be shared here and on our social pages. Because Haven is intentionally small, availability will be limited and visits will be reserved in advance.

Haven Workshop Collective is located in the Riverside area (Jurupa Valley), California.

Haven is thoughtfully designed for little wanderers approximately 18 months through 5 years old, with activities and play experiences that encourage curiosity, imagination, creativity, and movement.

Because play at Haven is open-ended rather than structured by age, children are free to explore the space in ways that meet them where they are. If your little one is confidently on the move and ready to explore, there’s room for them to wander, discover, and play alongside you.

Come dressed for outdoor play, exploring, and the possibility of getting a little messy. We recommend comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle for your little wanderer.

You’re welcome to bring any personal essentials your family may need during your visit. We’ll provide the space, play materials, and plenty of room to wander - you just bring yourselves.
